Trash Collection/Pick-Up: The City
of Anna offers brush/yard waste pick-up to our customers that reside inside
city limits. Limbs should be placed either at curbside or at an
accessible alley, no longer than 10" in diameter, and stacked in a manner in
which city personnel can easily manage. Any other general yard waste
must be bagged to be eligible for pick-up. To request pick-up, call
Anna City Hall at 618-833-8528. The City of Anna trash collection contractor is C.W.I of Illinois located in Desoto, Illinois. Specific questions regarding your trash collection can be directed to their toll free number at 1-800-631-1156. Weekly trash collection is to be placed in the green carts at curbside, which is to placed out the night before your scheduled trash day. Quarterly junk clean up is offered and includes removal of most types of junk, excluding tires, wiring or excessive home renovation debris. All junk should be set out on regular trash during clean up week. Please be patient due to the increase in pick-up quantities, this service may run behind schedule.
